Wingett certificate

Christopher Parker (left), vice president of Institutional Advancement at Patrick Henry Community College, and Art Professor Gerry Bannan (right) present Roslyn Wingett (center) with a certificate honoring the newly established Roslyn Wingett Visual Arts Scholarship, established by former PHCC President Max Wingett. The $1,000 annual scholarship was announced during this year’s annual Student Art Show awards ceremony on May 1.
