Finances

Paying for classes is one of the biggest hurdles for students when considering whether or not to attend college. At PHCC, we turn over every leaf to help students find funding. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Financial Aid

The first step to applying for financial aid is completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Information provided on the FAFSA is calculated by the U.S. Department of Education to determine your financial need before sending the results to PHCC. The Financial Aid Office has a June 1 priority deadline for guaranteed award notification for the beginning of each academic year. All students meeting this deadline will be processed in time for fall registration in August. Financial aid applications received after June 1 are still processed on a first-come, first-served basis; however, they may not be processed in time to receive aid before fall classes begin. More...

Students must submit an application to be considered for all PHCC Foundation scholarships. There are thousands of private scholarships awarded. Students are responsible for seeking those out and applying for them on their own. More...

PHCC collaborates with Tuition Management Systems (TMS), which allows students to pay tuition in monthly, interest-free payments. The only amount charged besides the cost of the loan is a non-refundable enrollment fee. The earlier you enroll, the more payment options there are and the smaller the enrollment fee. More...
