 To help meet your educational expenses, PHCC is proud to offer FACTS as a convenient budget plan. This is not a loan program. You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. You may budget your tuition and fees by Automatic Bank Payments or by Credit Card. Available payment plans below are listed below. FACTS will allow you to pay your tuition in monthly payments. You may enroll in the FACTS e-cashier plan online.

A PROVEN PLAN - PAYMENT OPTIONS |
|
|
To help you meet your educational expenses, PHCC is proud to offer FACTS as a convenient budget plan. This is not a loan program. You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. You may budget your tuition and fees in the following ways.
1. Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) - ACH payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly with your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds thay you have preapproved for your expenses at PHCC. Payments may be made from either your checking or savings account. Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
2. Credit Card Option - Paying with your credit card gives you the option of taking advantage of any bonus programs that may be offered by your credit card company. If you elect to use this option, your monthly payment, along with a convenience fee, will be automatically charged to the credit card you designate. The convenience fee is in addition to the nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee. Payments will be charged on the 20th of each monhth until the balance is paid in full. Payments are processed by American Card Services, Inc. |

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
|

There are a number of terms and conditions that apply to your agreement with FACTS. Thoroughly review all terms and conditions before submitting your agreement. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions could result in your registration for classes at PHCC being dropped and/or transcripts being held. You must agree to these conditions before enrolling in FACTS. |

BUDGET WORKSHEET |
|
|
The following budget worksheet is to be used as a guide to determine your college expenses and credits. When enrolling through e-Cashier, use the budget worksheet provided online. Determine the total of your tuition and fees. Deduct any authorized financial aid. The balance is the amount due PHCC. This is the amount you may budget through FACTS.

CAN I BE DROPPED FROM THE FACTS PROGRAM? |
|
|
Yes. If you are not current on your tuition payments or have not paid all applicable FACTS fees by PHCC's last day to drop for tuition refund for a 16-week course, you will be dropped from the FACTS program. This could result in the cancellation of your registration at PHCC. Any funds collected by FACTS prior to you being dropped from classes will be remitted to the college. All FACTS fees are nonrefundable. If you are making a down payment and it is returned, your FACTS agreement will be terminated immediately. Please read all the terms and conditions listed on the FACTS agreement before authorizing and submitting your agreement. |

CAN I PAY BY PHONE WITH FACTS? |
|
|
In accordance iwth the Terms & Conditions of your FACTS agreement, payments are porcessed electronically. FACTS does not accept payments by phone. |

ENROLL ONLINE |
|
|
To enroll online following the link above. Be sure to have:
1)Seven-digit Empl ID.
2)The name, address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments.
3)To protect your privacy, you will need to create your own unique FACTS Access Code. Please be sure it is something you can easily remember.
4)Account information for the person responsible for payment.
If paying by automatic bank payments, you will need the bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number. Most of this information is located on your check.
5)If paying by credit card, you will need the credit card number and expiration date. |

FEES |
|
|
The amount of the FACTS Enrollment Fee is based on the plan you select and is identified online with each payment option. The FACTS Enrollment Fee is automatically deducted immediately upon the agreement being posted to the FACTS system. The more months you elect to budget, the lower the FACTS Enrollment Fee! Enroll early to save money and receive the lowest monthly payment possible!
Please review e-Cashier site for maximum amounts students can budget for both in-state and out-of-state residents.
The nonrefundable enrollment fee to budget payment(s) through FACTS is:
Summer 2009
$45 Fee - 40% plus 2 monthly payments (enroll by May 7)
$45 Fee - 60% plus 1 monthly payment (enroll by May 22)
Fall 2009 available on July 8, 2009
$40 Fee - no down payment 3 monthly payments (enroll by July 16)
$45 Fee - 40% down plus 2 monthly payments (enroll by August 7)
$45 Fee - 60% down plus 1 monthly payment (enroll by August 21)
Spring 2010 available on November 16, 2009
$35 Fee - no down payment, 4 monthly payments (enroll by Nov. 18)
$40 Fee - 40% plus 3 monthly payments (enroll by December 7)
$45 Fee - 60% plus 2 monthly payments (enroll by December 22)
$45 Fee - 60% plus 1 monthly payment (enroll by January 8)

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT? |
|
|
Call FACTS at (800) 609-8056 to make any changes to your address, phone, or banking information. |

9.
|
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF MY PAYMENT INFORMATION? |
|
|
Once your agreement is posted to the FACTS system, you will receive a confirmation notification of your payment amount by e-mail or letter. Payments will be processed until the total balance is paid in full. The notification has important information you must have to log on to My FACTS Account. The notification also serves as a reminder that a nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee will be processed from the account indicated on the agreement. |

10.

MISSED PAYMENT |
|
|
Should an automatic bank payment or credit card payment be missed, a $25 Payment Fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by FACTS of the missed payment by mail or e-mail. |

11.
|
PAY ONLINE |
|
|
Enrolling online is simple, secure, and easy. Connect to the FACTS e-Cashier web site by clicking on the FACTS icon on the PHCC homepage or by going to Student Info and clicking on FACTS in the links section. The payment plan can accommodate down payments and monthly payments. Before you click the submit button, please carefully read through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment through FACTS e-Cashier. |

12.
|
REFUND POLICY |
|
|
If you drop a class or have been terminated from FACTS, any money collected by FACTS will be refunded by PHCC. Refunds are based on the college's refund policy. Refunds will not be issued until 60 days after the last day of drop and add. FACTS does not issue refunds. Any questions you may have regarding your refund needs to be directed to the PHCC Business Office. |

RETURNED PAYMENTS |
|
|
Should an automatic bank payment or credit card payment be returned, a $25.00 FACTS Returned Payment Fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by FACTS fo the returned payment via mail or e-mail. |

16.

WHEN AND WHAT TIME WILL FUNDS BE WITHDRAWN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT? |
|
|
FACTS specifies the date each payment will occur, but it is your financial institution that determines the time of day the payment is debited. FACTS recommends you check with your financial institution to determine how far in advance funds should be deposited into your account to insure the automatic payment clears. Payments are on the 20th of the month. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be attempted the following business day. |
