The Student Activities Office is responsible for coordinating and implementing the policies and procedures pertaining to the operation of campus organizations and activities. In addition to assisting the student government, student publications, and clubs, the student activities office helps individual students, informal groups, faculty members and staff to develop new activities and services to meet the needs of the campus community.
The mission of Student Activities Office is to create an environment in which all students are enriched in personal/social and community development through cultural, intellectual, recreational, and leadership programs and activities.
If you see a need that is not being met, tell someone about it--better yet, DO something about it. Suggestions and requests for social, cultural, recreational, and co-curricular activities are most welcome.
If you want to start a new club you will need to fill out the PHCC application for new club/organization intent.
The Campus Activities Form will need to be filled out and submitted for any student event held on campus.

The college does not release grades or transcripts to parents unless the student has provided a written release to do so. This policy is designed to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). This federal law prohibits disclosure of student records and information without written consent from the student.
Students have access to view semester grades via MyPHCC login approximately 48 hours after the end of all final exams.
Dates Grades will be Available for Viewing
- Summer 2014= August 14, 2014
- Fall 2014 = December 22, 2014
- Spring 2015 = May 13, 2015
Students who have
- attained a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher, and
- have completed 30 or more credits, and
- are enrolled for 12 or more college credits (excludes developmental courses)
Students who have
- earned a grade point average of 3.2 or higher for the semester, and
- enrolled for 12 or more college credits (excludes developmental courses)
