The United Way of Henry County and Martinsville HOPE Coalition has partnered with PHCC to provide an interactive series designed to educate participants about the key principles of Money Management. This series will be facilitated by representatives from area banks, Money Management International, and the United Way of Henry County and Martinsville.

Financial Education Training for Professionals

This course is for professionals who counsel, advise, or provide referrals to individuals on community resources. If you provide holistic services, then this series will give you the tools you need to assist your clients with more impactful tips on how to deal with the stress of financial hardships. This interactive series is full of activities you can incorporate in your services to clients, empowering them with strategic and practical methods that address their habits and attitudes, leading them on a path of support that creates a better outcome.

Your Money and Your Life: Holistic Approaches to Financial Education

Wednesdays, April 10 – May 1, 6:00-8:00 pm, Frith 154

This course is unlike most finance classes you've taken. While you learn tips on how to manage your personal finance, this course also incorporates tips for managing stress, setting goals, and understanding your habits and attitudes. The skill building exercises used in this class are can applied to the professional and personal lives of the participants.
